The Project

SHE IS EVERYTHING

Just like the city surrounding it, the SHE project is a dynamic and rich combination of possibilities, life, beauty, and inspiration. The unique tower was planned and designed by architects Pitsou Kedem and Raphael De La Fontaine, combining floors designated for retail, business, and offices in its lower section, with floors offering art and cultural spaces open to the public, and above them, from the 24th floor up, touching the sky, the residential floors and the gallery floor offering residents a stunning pool, fitness centers, spa and work spaces - all overlooking the city spreading out around them.

RAPHAEL DE LA FONTAINE, PROJECT ARCHITECT

SHE IS A MASTERPIECE

No matter which direction you look from, the SHE tower rises into the Tel Aviv skyline with power and elegance. The tower's unique contours are sculpted with the hand of a master in complex and distinctive architectural geometry. The transitions from one geometric form to another - from rectangular lines at the edges to curved lines at the center, in a movement that is neither horizontal nor vertical but flows in its own rhythm - create a sense of perpetual dynamism and a silky appearance that seems to pour into the city and cascade downward in a continuous, curving motion. The combinations of straight and curved lines, of delicacy and power, of the masculine and the feminine, interwoven in perfect symmetry, are threaded together into a breathtaking design that does not obey existing architectural rules or challenge them, but rather dictates new ones.
